Trilogy is a culinary startup born from the innovation hub of Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), dedicated to the art of 'petite gastronomie'. Our vision is an innovative blend of culinary and artistic expressions, cultivating original boutique experiences that resonate through vibrant flavors and compelling visuals.

Under the guidance of our founder and executive chef Ranlin Liu, trained under prestigious mentors such as Michelin 3-star Chef Christophe Bacquie and winners of the EHL Culinary Challenge 2023, Trilogy curates memorable moments—merging refined gastronomy, lifestyle, and community connections.

Our Trilogy food truck introduces a dynamic and approachable facet to our boutique culinary philosophy. Launching officially at EPFL in September and Le Rosey next semester, our food truck concept redefines campus dining experiences with premium casual menus tailored to modern lifestyles.
